As a Food & Beverage Assistant at The Lodge, Duxford, you will play a key role in delivering warm, friendly, and efficient service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, taking and accurately communicating food and drink orders, serving beverages and meals, and ensuring the dining areas are clean and well presented. You will assist with setting up and clearing tables, support the team during busy service times, and maintain high standards of hygiene and customer care. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not required.
